Dundee Central School District Attendance Reminder – May Matters!
As we head into the month of May, we want to remind families that attendance is still very important on every school day. With several days off and schedule changes coming up, it can be easy to lose momentum—but every day in school counts!
Please note these upcoming dates- starting THIS Friday:
- May 1 – No School (Give Back Snow Day)
- May 15 – Half Day (Dismissal at 11:30 AM)
- May 22 – No School
- May 25 – No School (Memorial Day Weekend)
- NYS Math Testing – May 7 and May 8
- Grade 8 NYS Science Test – May 13
It is especially important that students are present, on time, and ready to do their best.
To celebrate the excellent attendance our students have shown, we will be offering fun surprises throughout the month of May! Students who come to school will be celebrated randomly during the school day, and we’ll also have weekly prize giveaways announced for students with strong attendance.
